Why Anna Runs
Wonder what the reason is behind the madness?
Here is the breakdown of why I run:
1. Physical Fitness/staying in shape
2. Chocolate and ice cream (obviously)
3. Mental Health/stress relief
4. To gain energy
5. To burn energy (I sit at a desk all day)
6. Get fresh air (and a tan, in the summer)
